August 9, 2026
  • ℹ️ Every setting now explains itself — there's a small ⓘ next to each setting when you generate. Tap it and you get a plain-English explanation plus, for anything that changes what you actually see on screen, a short clip and screenshot of real output — so you can tell exactly what a setting adds before you spend a render on it.
  • 📏 The logo was coming out too small — fixed — the logo is now sized against the video rather than the logo file, so it looks the same whether you render 480p or 1080p (before, it quietly got smaller the higher you rendered). There's a new Logo size choice — Small, Medium or Large — next to Logo position.
  • 🏁 New end card: "Wasalt End Motion" — the Wasalt end card with the moving “اكتشف عقارات أكثر / على منصة وصلت” lines is now in the Outro dropdown. The original Wasalt End (still card) is unchanged and still there.
  • 🏷️ Put the logo where you want it — including bottom-centre — the Wasalt mark can now sit bottom-centre as well as in any of the four corners, so you no longer have to add it by hand in CapCut after exporting. Turn on 🏷️ Logo when generating and pick Logo position. Bottom-centre sits just above the subtitles so it never covers them, and the logo automatically disappears on the intro/outro cards. You can set it once as your default (⚙️ Preferences), per video in Review & Generate → Video settings, or change it later in the Advanced Editor.

  • 📝 Review & edit the script before generating — in 🔎 Search Wasalt → Review & Generate, each video now has a “Generate & review script” button. It writes the exact voiceover, captions and call-out facts that will be used (no video credits), so you can check and fix them per video first — edit any line right there. What you approve is what gets rendered — the script isn’t re-written when you hit Generate.
  • 🏷️ Call-outs now work on every video — previously, if a video was made from typed details (not a Wasalt listing), the price/area call-out wouldn’t show. Now the call-out auto-fills from whatever you put in the brief (price, area, beds…), on any video — no manual step. And it’s still fully editable per scene in the Advanced Editor if you want to change the wording. Also fixed Arabic text that mixed numbers and words rendering in the wrong order.

  • 💾 Call-outs are now remembered exactly as generated — when a video is made, each scene’s call-out (title, text and position) is saved with the video. Re-open it in the Advanced Editor and every field is pre-filled with what was actually shown (no more everything defaulting to “Middle”), so a re-render never changes anything you didn’t touch. The card’s position now varies per scene to sit clear of the subtitle. (Older videos made before this update still open fine — their fields fall back to sensible defaults.)
  • 🏷️ “Info cards” are now “Call-outs” — when generating, enable Call-outs to show a per-shot detail (price, land area, beds, location…) pulled from the Wasalt listing or your own custom info. Every call-out — both the title and the text — is fully editable later per scene in the Advanced Editor, so a wrong price or area is a quick fix with no re-generation.
  • 🎛️ Per-video settings when generating many at once — in 🔎 Search Wasalt → Review & Generate, each selected property now has its own settings. Open ⚙️ Video settings under a property to change the music, language, voice, font, aspect ratio, duration, captions, branding, intro/outro — anything — just for that video. Every option starts at “Same as batch,” so you only touch what should differ; a badge shows how many overrides a video has, with a ↺ Reset to batch.
  • ✍️ Custom message per video — you can now write a custom message/details for each individual video in the batch (leave it empty to use the listing's own description), and untick “Use Wasalt property details” on any single video to skip its on-screen info-card facts. The raw listing data is no longer duplicated into the box — it stays in the details table.

  • 🎬 New Advanced Editor (beta) — a richer editor for finished videos, alongside the existing Quick Edit. You can now edit the spoken script and re-voice it for free (with a 🔊 button to hear a line instantly), fix the on-screen facts like a wrong price, choose the voice, and set music volume — all re-rendered at 0 credits. Find it under 🎬 Advanced Editor.
  • 🎞️ Timeline in the Advanced Editor — the editor now has a real multi-track timeline (captions, video, music) across the full width, with a playhead you can scrub by clicking the ruler, drag scenes to reorder them, drag a clip's yellow edges to trim, a music waveform, plus undo/redo (Ctrl+Z) and autosave so your edits survive a page reload. Still 0 credits.
  • ✏️ Edit from History — every finished video now has an Edit button in History that opens it straight in the Advanced Editor. Plus a Save button and an editable Output name, so you can rename a re-render (keeps History tidy) — and Re-render is enabled once you've saved.
  • 🏷️ Move the info-card & logo — per scene you can now place the info-card (price/area…) at the top, middle or bottom, and choose which corner the logo sits in. We also fixed the overlap where the info-card could land on top of the subtitle — cards now always stay clear of the captions.
  • 🎬 Scene inspector — click any clip on the timeline and edit it right next to the preview (spoken text, caption, info-card position, trim, mute/hide) — no more scrolling down a long list.
  • 🧵 Layered timeline — the timeline now shows each element on its own track: captions, subtitle, info-card callout, video, voiceover, music, logo and watermark. Click any block to jump to that scene's settings.
  • ⛔ Voiceover length guard — when you edit a spoken line, there's now a live character count and a limit sized to the scene, so a re-voiced line can't run longer than the clip and push the video out of sync.
  • 🔤 Choose the font — pick the font for all on-screen text (captions, subtitle, info-cards, CTA), both up front on the Create form and later in the Advanced Editor. Ships with Cairo (Arabic + Latin) and Noto Sans; admins can upload their own .ttf/.otf fonts in the Assets tab (they appear in the picker automatically), and you can set your default font in Settings → My defaults.

  • 🗣️ More natural Arabic voiceover — the Arabic narration now speaks a little faster (pitch unchanged), so it sounds naturally spoken rather than read aloud. English is unchanged.
  • 🧭 New side menu — the navigation moved to a tidy left sidebar (grouped, with an Admin section) instead of the crowded top bar. On phones it tucks into a ☰ menu.
  • ⚙️ Your own default settings — a new Settings tab lets you set the defaults you like (style, resolution, voiceover, music, branding, and more). The Create page then opens pre-filled with your choices every time. “Reset to app defaults” puts everything back.
  • 🎬 Title card — read aloud or silent — the title can now just appear on screen or be read aloud; tick “🔊 Read title aloud” to add the voiceover.
  • 🗣️ Friendlier voiceover — narration now sounds warm and conversational (talking to you) rather than formal.
  • ✅ Cleaner settings — a field’s value is only used when its checkbox is on, so nothing stale slips into your video.
  • 🔗 Source listing link — open any video’s details to see the exact listing data used, so you can double-check the facts.
  • 📱 Works on phone & tablet — the layout and tab bar now adapt to small screens.
  • 🚦 Video status on property cards — property search cards now show a colour-coded badge: 🟡 In progress (a video is still generating), 🔵 Ready (finished, not yet posted), or 🟢 Published (all its videos marked posted to social). See at a glance what still needs attention.
  • 📤 “Posted to social” marker — each finished video now has a Mark posted button, both in History and in the property picker (under a property’s existing videos). Click it once you’ve uploaded/scheduled that video on social media and it turns into a green ✅ On social tag, so everyone can see at a glance which videos are done and which still need posting.
  • ⬇ Download button — every finished video now has a Download button right on its row (no need to open the preview first). It saves the MP4 straight to your device with a tidy filename.

  • 🗄 Archive instead of delete — videos can no longer be permanently deleted. Instead, anyone can archive a video to tuck it away, and bring it back anytime with Show archived → Unarchive. Nothing is ever lost.
  • 📊 Analytics page — a new admin tab showing credits consumed, cost so far ($), credits remaining and their value ($), how many videos were generated (plus free re-renders), the average per video, and a breakdown by style.

  • 🔤 English titles now show in Arabic videos — if you give an English intro title (or call-to-action) on an Arabic video, it now renders correctly instead of appearing as empty boxes (□□□). Fixed for the spoken title, the auto intro, and the end-card CTA.
  • 💰 See the cost of each video — every video now shows its cost in dollars next to the credits used (History & the editor's video list). Before you generate, a live estimate shows the likely cost for your photo count and style — and remember, editing & re-rendering are always free.
  • 🎬 One simple “Intro” picker — the separate “Branded intro” checkbox is gone. Now there's a single Intro dropdown: choose — No intro —, ✨ Auto (generate a branded intro for you), or a specific intro clip. Pick a clip and it's used exactly as-is — the app won't also add its own on top.

  • ✏️ One editor for everything — “Edit” now opens a single editor: pick any video, watch a live preview, trim/mute/reorder scenes, and change captions, overlays, intro/title/outro & watermark — then re-render (0 credits). The old separate “Live editor” is merged in, and it no longer closes on its own.
  • 🕐 Creation time shown — each video now shows when it was made — server time (UTC) with the Dubai time beside it — so multiple videos made on the same day are easy to tell apart (in History and the editor's video search).
  • ⚠️ Photo-count warning — picking more than 3 photos now warns about the extra cost & render time (3 is recommended for the best result) and asks you to confirm before generating.
  • 🔎 Searchable video picker in the editor — type to find a video by title, property, or source; each result shows its Wasalt source details (slug, date, length).
  • 🩹 Editor fixes — the preview now shows the correct video for each pick; Re-render can’t be double-clicked and takes you back to History when it starts; and English text now shows correctly in Arabic videos.
  • 🎛️ Hide scenes, swap the intro, change music — in the editor you can now hide a scene (removed from the video), keep / replace / remove the intro, and turn music on/off or pick a track — all free re-renders.
  • 🎬 Your chosen intro is respected — if you pick an intro clip, the app no longer also adds its own generated intro on top.

  • 🖼️ Min-photos filter in property search — a new filter (default “More than 2”, up to “More than 5”) hides thin listings so you spend time on properties with enough photos to make a good video. Pick “Any” to see everything.
  • 💬 Call-out shows price first — the on-video info card leads with the price on the opening shot, then shows other details (area, bedrooms…) — no longer repeats or goes missing.
  • 🏁 Informative end card — the outro is no longer a blank screen: it shows a call-to-action, the logo, and ends on a “follow us” Instagram frame. An optional phone number can be shown too.
  • 🏷️ Brand logo per language — English videos use the English logo, Arabic videos use the Arabic logo. Manage them in Assets → Brand logo: upload a file, or paste a direct image link to auto-refresh daily.
  • ⚪ Cleaner watermark — the logo is now white with no box (matches the brand reels).
  • ↖️ Corner logo is optional — the small top-left logo is now off by default (the top-right logo is enough); turn it on with the Logo toggle if you want both.
  • 🩹 Cleaner end card — captions and price cards no longer spill onto the outro.

  • 🎙️ Spoken title — turn on Spoken title under the intro: the headline fades in on the intro's purple fade, holds while it's read aloud, then the walkthrough plays. The title prefills from the property but you can type your own — and edit it later for free.
  • 📸 Colored Instagram logo — the watermark now uses the real coloured Instagram logo instead of a plain white icon.
  • 🖼️ Assets with thumbnails — the Assets tab now shows a thumbnail of every intro / outro / music clip (tap to preview), with clearer names and a Rename button. Clips are named by what they show (e.g. "Logo Reveal + Purple Fade") instead of file names.
  • 💬 Lower-third price card — the price call-out now grows out from the centre, matching the reference template.
  • 🔢 Arrange your own photo order — rearrange photos with the ◀ ▶ buttons, then turn on Keep my photo order so the scenes follow your order instead of the AI's.
  • ⚠️ Duplicate-video warning — if a property already has a video, you're warned before generating a new one, with a reminder that you can edit the existing one for free (reorder, captions/subtitles, trim).
